Our systematic approach ensures that every lead receives the attention it deserves. We typically make up to six unsuccessful contact attempts (calling up to six times) before a lead is returned to the marketing pipeline for further nurturing. However, once a patient answers and indicates they’d like a call back, we continue our efforts for as long as needed until the booking is successfully made.

How DentalPX delivered results
DentalPX began by clearing the hundreds of patient records that were unattended and were distorting the active contact plans for their existing staff/teams. We created individual pipelines with their CRM system to actively handle the new enquiries from the point of inception via a thorough contact plan that included both digital and outbound call nurturing.
We wrote and delivered clear and comprehensive inbound call answering scripts to allow our team the opportunity to make appointments directly with the patient while they are on the phone.
