Our Director, Jon, brings over 20 years of customer service and sales experience to the dental industry. Having spent two decades successfully running customer acquisition and support teams, Jon understood the critical importance of robust sales and customer service processes.

When he began working with a dental group in London, he discovered that there was a gap between the fantastic customer service they were providing existing clients and the new patient experience. Their existing patient experience was excellent, but they lacked the systematic processes needed to convert enquiries into appointments effectively.

He quickly pivoted the brand toward a new process, tried and tested over Jon’s 20 years of experience. And that’s when the idea for DentalPX was born.
